The High Grade Universal Century (HGUC) MS-06Fs Zaku II Type FS (Garma Zabi Custom) is a 1/144 scale kit released in 2002.

Kit Features & Gimmicks[]

Articulation[]

Mono-eye can move left and right. (removal of helmet required)
The head can rotate on. ball-joint neck.
Shoulder joints can tilt forward.
The arms can...
- Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.
- Raise horizontally.
The left shoulder armor and the right shoulder shield is jointed to avoid interference with the arm articulation.
The elbow joints can be bent up to 90 degrees.
The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
The upper elbows can turn.
Front and side skirt armors can slightly pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
The upper thighs can swivel on the hips' ball-and-socket joints, though the backwards articulation is limited due to the non-poseable rear skirt armor.
The knee joints can be bent up to 100 degrees.
The ankles feature double-jointed parts, allowing to further tilt forward.
- The feet can swivel on the ankle ball-joint part.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks[]

The hands are swappable.
Any of the weapons can be wielded by the kit's normal and/or trigger-finger hands. (Though compatible with the former, the machine gun, the bazooka, and the recoilless rifle must be wielded by the latter)
Machine Gun's foregrip can swing left or right.
Bazooka's foregrip and scope can swing up and down.
Bazooka can latch onto the rear waist armor via a flip-out mounting joint.
Customized Heat Hawk can mount onto the left waist armor with an adapter.

Tips & Tricks[]

For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers or Mr. Color paints.
- The Gundam Color Set for HGUC Zaku II FS can be used to paint the kit. (airbrush recommended.)
Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and painted details.
The safely flag can be trimmed off optionally.

Customizing-based tips[]

The Machine Gun from 1/144 System Weapon 001 can be used for this kit.
The Bazooka from 1/144 System Weapon 009 can be used for this kit.

Variants[]

Reissues of the kit from September 2018 onward will feature a blue-colored Bandai Spirits logo. Later reprints from mid-2022 will also feature an additional Bandai Namco logo, and later an added target age notation for further reprints.
