Kit Features & Gimmicks[]
Articulation[]
- The head can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint, or slightly pivot back and forth on a hinge joint.
- The upper torso can slightly tilt back and forth if the stopping point panel is flipped up.
- The shoulder joints can swing frontward and/or raise upwards.
- The arms can...
- Swing on a rod joint.
- Raise horizontally.
- The shoulder armors can pivot to avoid interference with the arm articulation.
- The upper arms can rotate.
- Both the elbow and knees are double-jointed.

- Can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
- Feature 3+1+1 articulation on the fingers.
- The waist can rotate 360 degrees.
- Front and side waist armor/railguns can pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
- The upper thighs can swing frontward (and backward in a very limited extent due to the non-poseable rear skirt armor) on a peg, raise horizontally and/or rotate on each piece.
- The ankles can swivel (though limited)/tilt on a double-sided ball-and-socket joint.
- The wings are jointed, allowing some articulation.
Weapons & Other Gimmicks[]
- The cockpit hatch can be opened to reveal pilot figurine.
- Any of the weapons can be wielded by the poseable hands.
- High Energy Beam Rifles can:
- Combine each other to form a Long-range Beam Rifle
- Store onto the side waist. (Rifles must be transformed into storage mode and, by moving the side waist armor with the railguns to the back, can be mounted on the side of the MS.)
- Beam Saber hilts can be optionally removed from the Railgun/Waist armors as handheld weapons.
- Beam sabers can be coupled into a twin-edge beam saber.
- The railguns on the side waist armor can be transformed into attack mode.
- Beam shield effect (only one provided) can be connected to the generator on either arm.
- The wings can be unfolded to form High-Mobility Aerial Tactics (HiMAT) Mode.
- Each of the individual wing parts can be further expanded by sliding out.
- DRAGOONS can be optionally detached from the wings/backpack.
- Locking mechanisms inside the backpack construction allow the wings to stay in place in various poses.
- Strike Freedom Gundam can mount onto the included display stand.
- A special connector part is provided to attach the MS to the display stand via the waist armor. A part is provided to cover the connection point when not in use. This cover piece can be stored on a slot underneath the display stand.
Tips & Tricks[]
- For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
- Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers/marking decals and if any, painted details.
