HGBD:R AGE-TRYMAG Gundam TRY AGE Magnum

The High Grade Build Divers Re:RISE (HGBD:R) AGE-TRYMAG Gundam TRY AGE Magnum is a 1/144 scale kit released in 2020.

The torso can tilt backwards/sideways in an extent.
Shoulder joints can tilt upwards, and/or frontwards/backwards in some extent.

- Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.
- Raise horizontally.
The upper arms can rotate.
The arms and legs feature double-jointed elbow/knee parts.
The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
The waist can rotate.
Front, side, and rear skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference with the backwards leg articulation.
The hip joint axis can swing frontwards/backwards on one side.
The upper thighs can swing frontwards/backwards on a peg, raise horizontally, and/or rotate on each piece.
Ankle joints can tilt/pivot.
The "wings" on the TRY Birds can flap.
The rear calf's booster can pivot.

The hands is swappable.
Any of the included weapons can be wielded by the default hands.
TRY DODS Rifle can convert between one-handed or two-handed modes via minor parts swapping.
- The foregrip can swing out for the left hand to hold.
TRY Arm Swords can attach with either of the two Beam effects.
The TRY Birds can be optionally removed from the shoulder armors for individual display.
When mounted, the Beam Cape effect can be mounted onto to TRY Holder Frame.
- The TRY Holder Frame can be optionally removed to convert into TRY Slash Blade.
  - The extended handle can mount onto the TRY Slash Blade.
- The TRY Holder Frame is also compatible with other 1/144 scale kits that share the same near-universal rear ports.
The panel underneath the crotch can be removed to reveal a 3mm mounting point for the included display stand, any Action Bases, or the HGBC Diver Gear, where the Gundam TRY AGE Magnum can mount onto.
- The included display stand can mount with the support piece that is used to compensate for the weight of the TRY Slash Blade while displaying.

For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied and panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color Paints.
Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and painted details.
- If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the clear/translucent parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.
Care must be taken while assembling the ball-jointed waist armors: depending on the thickness of your painted waist sockets, the ball joint can eventually create stress marks (or even worse; potential breakage) on the sockets. It's recommended to wipe off the excess paint on the sockets with a cotton swab doused with either thinner or the Gundam Marker Eraser pen's liquid.

If one chooses, the Gundam TRY AGE Magnum can be repainted into the original Try Age Gundam, though the translucent parts must painted with florescent or metallic red due to the green color.

This Gunpla is the very first HG model kit iteration of the Gundam TRY AGE unit.
This Gunpla is originally planned to be released in June 2020, but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ironically, unlike the base kit, this Gunpla features a storage gimmick for the DODS Rifle.
